What kinds of projects do you take on?
Replatforms, custom builds, headless and composable rollouts, B2B portals, NetSuite and ERP integrations, performance work, CRO, and ongoing development retainers. Mostly Shopify Plus and Adobe Commerce, with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and BigCommerce where they fit.
How long does a typical project take?
Audits and roadmaps land in 2 to 3 weeks. Mid-sized builds and replatforms run 3 to 6 months. Enterprise B2B and headless engagements typically run 6 to 12 months. We give you a real timeline in week one, not a sales pitch.
Who will actually work on my project?

What's your engagement model?
Three flavors: fixed-scope project for clear builds, retainer for ongoing growth and support, and an embedded team for clients who need senior in-house capacity without the hiring overhead.
What does it cost?
Audits start at $5K. Mid-sized builds typically run $40K to $150K. Enterprise replatforms run $150K to $750K. Retainers start at $5K per month. We give you a real number in the first call, not a long sales cycle.
How do you measure success?
Conversion rate, AOV, site speed, and revenue lift. We instrument analytics + a baseline before kickoff so the post-launch numbers are defensible. We share the dashboard, not a slide deck.
